As a Senior Leasing Advisor with Sperry Van Ness (Raleigh, NC), you will enjoy the benefits of a successful, nationally recognized commercial real estate brand. Our Triangle area office, which was founded in 2002, has completed over $200,000,000 in transactions across all major product types including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, assisted living and mobile home parks. Our recent Joint Venture with Income Properties brings approximately 1.8M square feet of primarily retail assets in to play as prospective leasing business.
Expectations
Sperry Van Ness is looking for a senior level producer who has a proven track record of success in commercial real estate in the Triangle marketplace. We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic who proactively take advantage of opportunities to cooperate with other local and national brokers. We prefer CCIM’s, or CCIM candidates, and candidates who are active in Triangle real estate associations.
Qualifications
Sperry Van Ness/AIM Real Estate Advisors only selects top sales professionals in the industry who are not only looking to further their careers, but desire to take their careers to a new performance level. Your income in this position will vary significantly, depending on current economic conditions, but your expectations (and performance) over a 3-5 year period should average $150-250,000/year.
To qualify as a Senior Leasing Advisor, you are required to have a six-figure income history.
